Mimi’s rendition of "everyone’s favorite bit of reunion dinners", Yu Sheng ( 魚生捞起), features a vibrant medley of mixed greens, yuzu roasted sesame sauce, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, candied walnuts, pickled radish, and beautiful edible petals, complete with fresh sashimi slices and gold coin chicken bak kwa. Drizzle on the tangy mix of chef-curated sauces and toss your way to a bountiful new year.
